History of SBMSC Fairplay

After each football fixture the opposing teams rate the other teams players, managers and supporters behaviour.  Goal scores do not count, the award is really all about fair and sporting behavior.

Wycombe District Council (WDC) introduced the Fair play league in 1994 for Under 11 to Under 14 age groups, and to the SBMSC Under 7’s to Under 11’s age groups in 2000/2001 season.   In January 2004 PK Graphics took over this sponsorship by providing the Fairplay cards. For the season 2004/2005, new Fairplay cards were issued. For about ten years, results were sent in via email instead of using the post.

In 2014 the Berks and Bucks FA has announced it has awarded South Bucks Mini Soccer Conference (SBMSC) countywide status of Junior Respect League of the year.

In season 2014/2015 Fairplay went online. Results and photos from previous seasons are : –
