About SBMSC: 2,300 boys and girls aged from six to eleven years play in the SBMSC. 115 teams from 42 clubs participate and we've run friendly fixtures for 8 years.
We believe in giving a go to all
- The Conference allows young players to have developmental football games in a supportive atmosphere without unnecessary pressure following FA (Football Association) rules and guidelines as appropriate.
- "Non-publication of scores" means team managers are not pressurised to use strongest players and deny games to the rest
- To keep us a Friendly Conference, over 70 team coaches & managers voted to enforce existing rules that scores be not published
- At our AGM in 2002, a new constitution was voted in which is explicit about how these rules are enforced.
